Custom-Made Products

• All neon signs are manufactured according to customer-approved specifications.
• Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.
• Customers are responsible for verifying all submitted text, logos, artwork, and dimensions before approval.
• Due to the handcrafted nature of custom neon signs, dimensional variations of up to ±2 inches may occur and shall not be considered a manufacturing defect.

Production & Delivery

• Production and delivery timelines are estimates only.
• Delays caused by courier services, customs, weather, strikes, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility.
• Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery.

Product Inspection & Claims

• Products must be inspected immediately upon delivery.
• Claims regarding transit damage, manufacturing defects, missing items, or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours.
• Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
• Photographs and videos may be required to support claims.

Warranty Coverage

• Indoor and outdoor neon signs include a limited 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects and electrical failures under normal use.
• The warranty does not cover physical damage, accidental damage, water damage, voltage fluctuations, improper installation, negligence, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.
• Warranty claims are subject to verification by Mahadev Neon Enterprises.

Repair & Replacement Policy

• Customers must first provide photographs or videos for evaluation.
• If repair is possible, the product may need to be returned for inspection.
• For approved warranty claims, pickup and return shipping costs will be covered by Mahadev Neon Enterprises.
• Replacement will only be provided when repair is not reasonably possible.
• The Company's decision regarding repair or replacement shall be final.

Installation & Product Usage

• Products must be installed and maintained according to our instructions.
• Outdoor-rated signs may also be used indoors.
• We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or misuse.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Custom-made neon signs are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Returns or exchanges will only be considered where a manufacturing defect cannot be repaired.
• Approved refunds, if any, remain solely at the discretion of Mahadev Neon Enterprises.
